Officials from the Government of the Slovak Republic, including Mr. Radko Kuruc, Deputy Minister of Finance, Mr. Tomás Liptak, Legal Advisor to the Ministry of Finance, and experts in arbitration and investment protection treaties, Mr. Juraj Tomaga, Representative of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Mr. Julio C. Benedetti, Honorary Consul, met today with César Tribaldos, President of the Board of Directors of CeCAP, Liliana Sánchez, Director, and Rinée Juliao, Secretary of Conciliation and Mediation, to exchange experiences on international arbitration in Panama. The visit also provided an opportunity to present CeCAP’s procedures and statistics for the past five years.
