Mediation and/or conciliation involves negotiation facilitated by a trained and qualified third party. Using specific techniques, the mediator helps the parties visualize and identify the problem, create and consider options, and reach a mutually acceptable solution, putting their agreements in writing. The mediator does not decide, resolve, judge, or advise; the participants make the decisions. The mediator simply guides the process, maintaining an impartial relationship with each participant.
CeCAP also provides conciliation and/or mediation services, offering clients a neutral, business-like environment in comfortable facilities, with the assistance of a negotiation expert who will help them discuss their dispute.
The service includes: processing the request and summoning the parties, appointing the mediator and/or conciliator, providing spaces for conciliation and/or mediation meetings, managing the fees and expenses of the conciliation and/or mediation, and reviewing the conciliation and/or mediation agreement.
