Periodically, the Center organizes open and closed courses, which in many cases are endorsed by international organizations such as The Institute for Transnational Arbitration (ITA), the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the International Inter-American Commercial Arbitration Commission (ICC).
Closed Programs
Training programs related to conflict management through the use of arbitration, mediation or conciliation are also designed, according to the needs of the company.
The CeCAP has a national and international professors team with a great academic and practical experience in the management of conflicts through the MARCS.
Open Programs
Each year, CeCAP organizes training events aimed at the general public that wish to learn about the subject of arbitration, conciliation and mediation, as well as training programs for trained arbitrators who wish to keep up to date.
