International Conventions
The Republic of Panama has ratified several international conventions on commercial arbitration, including: the Convention of the National Unity for the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Judgments (New York Convention of 1958) and the Inter-American Convention of International Commercial Arbitration ( Panama Convention of 1975).
