About Us

Founded in 1994, CeCAP is an institution sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture of Panama and other business associations. Its primary objective is to promote the use of arbitration, mediation, and conciliation as methods for resolving disputes within the national and international business community through its various services.

In the era of business and trade alliances, the rapid, specialized, and cost-effective resolution of disputes is fundamental for attracting foreign investment and ensuring legal certainty.

Structure

The Center has a Board of Directors, which is its governing body for its institutional policies, and administratively, it has a Directorate, two Secretariats (Arbitration and Mediation and Conciliation), an Administrative Coordination, a Legal Assistant, a document digitizer, and a Special Projects Coordination.
