About Us

Founded in 1994, CeCAP is an institution sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture of Panama and other business associations, whose main objective is to promote the use of arbitration, mediation and conciliation, as forms of dispute resolution in the national and international business community, through its different services.

In the era of business and commercial alliances, the resolution of disputes in a quick, specialized and economic way is essential for the attraction of foreign investment and respect for legal security.

Structure

The Center has a Board of Directors, which is the governing body for its institutional policies, and administratively, it has a Directorate, two Secretaries (Arbitration and Mediation and Conciliation), an Administrative Coordination, a Legal Assistant, document digitizer and a Coordination of Special projects.
